PRESENTATION TITLE:
Reclaiming the Extraordinary: Attuning to the Everyday
ABSTRACT:
In the midst of what can feel like busy days and growing demands, it can be easy to move quickly past the moments that matter most. This session invites a pause. Together, we will explore how noticing the familiar with intention can open up possibilities for thinking, wondering, and planning.
By attuning to the subtleties and nuances of everyday encounters, we begin to see the complexity held within them. Moments that may seem fleeting can become opportunities for reflection, dialogue, and intentional decision making.
Drawing on theory and lived examples, we will explore ideas that invite reflection on what this might look like in our own contexts. This session is an invitation to slow down, to notice more deeply, and to reconnect with the joy and possibility that lives within the ordinary.
